This mosaic is the pearl of the Mariupol monumental art collection.

According to the authors, the graphic and color concepts of the panel were intended to emotionally reflect the essence of the Azov region as a place where the steppe winds collide with the waters of the Sea of Azov. The work had an experimental nature. "Bold textural combinations of materials, alternation of reliefs and counter-reliefs provided the image the effect of movement that was noticed by contemporaries." So, instead of a fighting bird appeared a light, swift, freedom-loving bird.
